Currently there is a weird electrical issue at this tower site, we are seeing high voltage through low voltage lines that has ultimately damaged some of our equipment. Our field tech manager is currently trying to resolve the power problem so that we can update the damaged equipment without it happening again. We do not have a current ETA due to the nature of this issue but we are working to resolve ASAP. Please feel free to call our support if you are offline & we can try to arrange for a technician to stop by in order to swap you to a different access point ASAP.
